These columns should be your first choice when scouting new selectivity options to improve resolution of racemic enantiomeric mixtures. These columns are also an excellent choice to compare with current Chiral column offerings to see if novel bonding and packing methods can improve resolution. MAC-MOD Chiral columns offer a wide range of novel chiral selectors as well as similar chiral selectors to industry standard chiral columns. However, all chemistries should be tried to ensure proper screening of chiral selectors due to proprietary silica manufacturing and packing mehtods that may still deliver increased resolution to industry standard comparisons.
